Payment

Fill out the order form for the selected product, and we will contact you shortly to clarify issues of delivery and payment.

Payment is made according to the invoice by email: foryou@flowersdecor.ca or in cash upon receipt.

You can pay for your order before shipping. Postpayment is possible only when you pick up your order.

Shipping and Refunds

We deliver our items throughout Toronto and the GTA via Canada Post, Uber, auto-delivery, and there is also a self-delivery option.

If your shipment is made by the post office, then we send within 24 hours after you have made payment for the goods, and also take into account the working schedule of the post office. If your delivery choice is a cab service or self-delivery, then the shipment is made under the convenient time and dates for you, in any case after the payment is made.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Yes, of course. We are engaged in floral and decorative design of weddings and events. For this you need to make an order on our website, and our manager will contact you as soon as possible.
